our responsibility is to maintain the integrity and security of the OMG database held in the MediaOcean system. You will be involved in the planning and development of the database, as well as in troubleshooting any issues on behalf of SFSC stakeholders.
As the financial systems controller you will need to
Act only upon written instruction and retain those instructions for audit evidence.
Maintain database records in the Mediaocean ‘SPECTRA’ system
Create and amend master data records in DS Accounting for:
Client records in ‘production data’
House suppliers (SV ledger) ’File listings (FLIST)’
Create and amend master data records in DS Media for:
Media Folios and supplier records in FLIST
Maintenance of payee record in MX Maintenance
