What is apprenticeships?
An Apprenticeship programme allows employers to nurture talent who earn while they learn, gaining invaluable work experience tailored to their chosen profession. An apprenticeship serves as a meticulously structured training initiative enabling employers to cultivate a skilled and proficient workforce. Leveraging apprenticeships presents an outstanding opportunity to recruit and train prospective talents while simultaneously addressing skills shortages and offering substantial cost savings in recruitment.

Apprenticeship Programmes
We offer two levels of apprenticeship programs: Intermediate (Level 2) and Advanced (Level 3). The Intermediate level is equivalent to a GCSE upon completion, while the Advanced level is equivalent to an A-Level. Each apprenticeship has different entry requirements, which will be stated in the advertised vacancies. We specialise in specific areas, allowing us to consistently deliver talented individuals.
Apprenticeship Funding
There are a number of funding options available through HM Government, which you can explore here. You can also learn more about the Apprenticeship Levy below.
The Apprenticeship Levy applies to businesses with an annual pay bill over £3 million and is a 0.5% tax on the portion of the pay bill exceeding £3 million, creating a fund for apprenticeship training. For non-Levy paying employers, the government covers 95% of apprenticeship training costs, while employers pay the remaining 5% upfront to the training provider. This model also applies to Levy-paying employers who have exhausted their apprenticeship funds.
Skills Development
Tailored Approach: Apprenticeships offer a customised training approach, ensuring that your workforce acquires the specific skills essential for your industry and organisational needs.
In the UK, an apprenticeship is a structured work-based learning program that combines practical work experience with classroom training. It is designed to equip individuals with the skills, knowledge, and qualifications necessary for a specific occupation. Apprentices spend 80% of their time working and 20% on training, with a minimum duration of 12 months.
