Investment & Activation.

The Investment team is an integrated team covering all areas of implementational media planning and buying & activation across non-addressable and addressable platforms. We deliver enhanced audience led media solutions and aim to provide fully automated reporting against brand and performance metrics as standard.

We are investing into technology and tools to deliver real time insights across our media activation enabling us to optimise campaign delivery in-flight. Our ambition is to lead the industry in this area challenging the status quo to achieve maximum return
on investment for our clients by delivering quantifiable improvements against their business objectives.

The role:

Reporting to the AV Manager, you will be working across Audio Visual campaigns across multiple clients as necessary. You will be expected to:

Buy media across the full AV spectrum covering TV, VOD, Digital Video, Cinema, Audio and Sponsorship on behalf of your clients as necessary
Learn how to set up campaigns and approve them accurately using all AV tools (Mediaocean suite/ Caria etc)
Monitor campaign delivery to ensure campaigns are running as expected and targeting objectives are met.
Develop an understanding of the AV marketplace by keeping up to date with news and development within the industry and forming your own ideas and opinions
Collaborate closely with the wider Investment team and client experience department to deliver best in class AV implementation based on insights gathered from the Data Science & Insight specialists
Support your Investment team and be prepared to challenge industry thinking; look to develop new ways of measuring the value of AV solutions
Build an effective working relationship with clients, delivering buying status and evaluation updates
Develop collaborative working relationships with key media owners
Communicate confidently and articulately within formal and informal situations
Contribute to market intelligence/ insight internally and externally
Assist with all new business requirements as required

Our offices are based in Southwark Street.

Apprentice would be expected to travel to our offices 3 days per week and work from home two days.

The apprenticeship:

This role is an apprenticeship and as such off the job training needs to be completed during working time. Workshops, one-to-one meetings with your EEV Training coach, online learning modules, assignments, projects, etc., will need to be attended and completed. The apprenticeship programme is a Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship programme and takes approximately 15 months to complete. On completion you will receive an apprenticeship certificate graded as Distinction or Pass.

The apprenticeship also includes Functional Skills level 2 English and maths studies and exams unless you already have GCSE English and maths grade C/4's and above (or equivalent certificates).

Interview process:

EEV Training will be conducting initial screening interviews via telephone or Google Meet then submit shortlisted applicants to Hearts & Science for review.

Hearts & Science will undertake interviews as follows with

1st stage: Online interview 30-45 minutes

2nd stage: In person 45 minutes - -this may involve a test to evaluate competency around maths as this is a core skill for this role
