As an Apprentice Business Administrator, the role will include:

>To support the provisions of a comprehensive, high-quality, customer-focused range of services.

>To meet and attempt to exceed personal and organisational performance targets, objectives and service levels.Clients, job candidates and customers.

>As the main point of contact within the office, provide a comprehensive response to callers.

>Logging enquiry details
Managing emails and other correspondence
Giving advice, information and direction
Making appointments for customers, contractors and officers.

>Conducting customer satisfaction surveys
Ensures completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures.

>Manage special administrative projects, as well as overflow work from other departments.
Greets visitors, handles incoming calls and performs general administrative duties.

>Also may assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing.

Qualifications required/desirable

Apprentices must have at least Level 1 in Functional Skills or GSCE grade 4/C or above in English and Maths. It will be an advantage if you have previous related work experience.
