This programme has been developed for those predominantly employed in the recruitment sector.

The recruitment consultant’s role is to identify and secure job opportunities within client organisations.  They attract candidates and successfully place them in those jobs in return for a fee.

This programme is suitable for companies of any size that supply flexible workers, permanent staff or a combination of both.

  • Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Recruitment or Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice

  • Level 3 Diploma in Recruitment

criteria

  • Apprentices must achieve level 1 English and maths and take the test for level 2 prior to taking their EPA.

  •  

end point assessment

  • End-point assessment is via project assignment and professional discussion, portfolio of evidence and employer reference.

  • Registration to professional bodies: Successful completion of this apprenticeship provides eligibility for professional registration of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals or Institute of Recruiters.
